INFORMATIONS

1 - Return and Refund Policy

To request an exchange or refund, you have 14 days from receipt of your order.
If the size does not fit, we will exchange it.
If you’re not satisfied, we’ll give you a refund.

2 - Refund

Receive your refund within 14 days of receipt of your parcel by our services.
For deferred debit accounts, the refund will appear on the next statement.
You are responsible for return shipping costs for items sold and shipped by Weyz Clothing.
Approximate delivery while stocks last.

3 - Warranty

Weyz Clothing guarantees that the order will be carried out with care and diligence.
Any Weyz product returned and deemed defective by the after-sales service will be replaced within 15 days.
In the event of a defective product or delivery error on our part, we will bear the cost of shipping the “returned product”.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by
accident, neglect, abuse, failure to follow washing and ironing instructions, or damage resulting from exposure to excessive temperatures.

4 - Preparing the return parcel

Obtain a dispatch note from the post office or the Colissimo website Attach the packing slip to the parcel with our address
Drop off the parcel at a postal outlet within a few days

Please enclose the invoice of your order when returning the parcel.Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, for exchanges and refunds as indicated in our general sales conditions.We accept items that have just been tried on. Items that have been washed or perfumed are not accepted.



If you would like an exchange, please check that the product you want is still available in the new size you have requested. If the product is no longer available, we will automatically issue a refund.
