Terms of sale

These terms and conditions govern sales made by the company Weyz Clothing.

Article 2 - Prices

Prices for our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other applicable taxes on the date of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

For orders shipped to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be payable. These duties and charges are not the responsibility of Weyz Clothing.

They shall be borne by you and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these matters with your local authorities.

All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.

Weyz Clothing reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated, subject to availability.

The products remain the property of Weyz Clothing until full payment of the price has been received.

Please note: as soon as you physically take possession of the ordered products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.

The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed no later than at the time your order is validated.

Weyz Clothing reserves the right not to register a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, particularly in the event of a supply issue or any difficulty relating to the order received.

Article 4 - Validation of Your Order

Any order placed on the website www.weyzclothing.fr implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any order confirmation implies your full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without exception or reservation.

All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction.

You acknowledge having full knowledge of them.

The order confirmation shall constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

A summary of your order information and these General Terms and Conditions will be sent to you in PDF format via the order confirmation email address.

Article 5 - Payment

Validating your order implies an obligation for you to pay the indicated price.

Payment for your purchases is made by bank card through Payplug’s secure system for card payments on our website, Stripe for Apple Pay and Google Pay, or PayPal if you choose this method.

The card is charged directly when your order is validated on our website.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition, including packaging, accessories, and instructions. In this context, your liability may be engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may prevent the right of withdrawal from being exercised.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, Weyz Clothing will refund the sums paid within 14 days following notification of your request and using the same payment method used for the order.

Article 7 - Availability

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the website www.weyzclothing.fr and while stocks last. For products that are not in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.

Furthermore, the website www.weyzclothing.fr is not intended to sell its products in large quantities.

Article 8 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the timeframe indicated on the order validation page.

In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to inform you of any possible impact on the delivery timeframe that was indicated to you.

In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delivery delay, you may cancel the order under the conditions and procedures defined in Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code. If you receive the product in the meantime, we will refund it, along with the delivery costs, under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code.

In the case of deliveries carried out by a carrier, Weyz Clothing cannot be held responsible for a delivery delay due exclusively to the customer’s unavailability after several appointment proposals.

Article 9 - Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided for by Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All claims, exchange requests, or refund requests must be made by email within 14 days of delivery.

The products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, together with all elements. Shipping costs will be refunded based on the invoiced rate, and return shipping costs will be refunded upon presentation of supporting documents.

The provisions of this article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.

Article 10 - Liability

The products offered comply with current French legislation. Weyz Clothing shall not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country to which the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you intend to order.

Furthermore, Weyz Clothing shall not be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Finally, Weyz Clothing shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the internet network, including service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 11 - Applicable Law in the Event of Disputes

The language of this contract is French. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Article 12 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the website www.weyzclothing.fr are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Weyz Clothing. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use, in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the website, whether software, visual, or audio elements.

Article 13 - Personal Data

Weyz Clothing reserves the right to collect personal information and personal data concerning you. This information is necessary for the management of your order, as well as for improving the services and information we send to you.

It may also be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for carrying out services and orders, including their management, execution, processing, and payment.

Article 14 - Archiving and Proof

Weyz Clothing will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.

The computerized records of Weyz Clothing shall be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
