WEYZ CLOTHING Refund Policy

1. Delivery Time

  • France: Between 1 and 3 days
  • Europe: Between 5 and 7 days
  • Rest of the world: Between 7 and 12 days

Note: Some orders may take longer due to a high volume of orders.


2. Exchanges and Refunds

  • The size does not fit?
    We will exchange it for another size.
  • Not satisfied with the product?
    We will issue a full refund.

To request an exchange or a refund, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order. Simply send us an email at: contact@weyzclothing.com.


3. Return Procedure

3.1 Declaring Your Return

  • Go to the Contact page.
  • Enter your order number and specify the option you would like: "Exchange" or "Refund".
  • For an exchange, please indicate the size you would like to receive.

3.2 Preparing Your Return Package

  • Packaging: Ideally, the item should be returned in its original packaging. The product must be returned in its original condition, complete and undamaged, after only being tried on.
  • Return costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of a defective product or a delivery error, in which case they will be covered by WEYZ CLOTHING.

  • Instructions:
    • Write the desired exchange size or new product on a sheet of paper or on a copy of the invoice.
    • Obtain a shipping label from your nearest post office or via the Colissimo website.
    • Attach the shipping label to your package and drop it off at a postal service point in the days following your return request.

4. Refund

  • Processing time: You will receive your refund within a maximum of 14 days from the date our team receives your return package.
  • Refund method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the customer.
  • Deferred debit account: The refund will appear on your next statement.

5. Warranty

  • Quality commitment:
    WEYZ CLOTHING guarantees that your order will be handled with care and diligence.

  • Defective product:
    Any returned product that has been approved by our after-sales service and deemed defective will be replaced within 15 days with an identical model.
    For products returned for inspection, please include dated proof of purchase and a letter explaining the reason for the return. If the product is no longer available, a selection of alternative models will be offered on our website.

  • Return shipping costs:
    Covered by WEYZ CLOTHING only in the case of a defective product or a delivery error.

  • Warranty exclusions:
    The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from an accident, negligence, misuse, failure to follow washing/ironing instructions, or exposure to excessive temperatures.
