1. Delivery time

Between 7/9 days for France (excluding Saturdays / Sundays)
Between 10/12 days for Europe / Rest of the world

*It is possible that some orders may take longer due to the large number of orders we have at the moment.

Not the right size? We exchange it for you.
Not satisfied? We'll give you your money back.

To obtain an exchange or a refund, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, by sending us a simple email.

1.1 Declare your returns in a few clicks
• In "contact" on https://www.weyzclothing.fr/pages/contact
• Tell us the order number and the option you want "Exchange" or "Refund".
• For the exchange indicate us the desired size.

2. Prepare your return package, ideally in the original packaging
• Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
• Return address: Company Recto Verso for WEYZ - 10 avenue des cures - 95580 Andilly - France.
• Please indicate on the sheet or a copy of the invoice the size of the exchange or new product.
• Go to the post office nearest you to get a shipping voucher or on the Colissimo website.
• Stick the packing slip on your package with our address.
• Drop off your package at a postal outlet within a few days of your declaration.

ATTENTION : We accept items just tried on, the item should not be washed, scented or otherwise.

3. Get your money back within 14 days maximum upon receipt of your package by our service.
Note: If you have a deferred debit account the refund will appear on your next statement.
* Return shipping costs are your responsibility for items sold and shipped by Weyz Clothing.
* Approximate delivery while stocks last.

Warranty :

Weyz Clothing warrants to the customer that the order will be executed with due care and diligence.

Any Weyz product returned upon approval of the service department and found to be defective by WEYZ, will be replaced within 15 days with an identical model. Products returned for inspection must be sent to our address, accompanied by a dated proof of purchase and a letter explaining the reasons for the return. If, however, the product is no longer available, you will be offered a choice of models from the WEYZ website.

The shipping costs of "return product" will be at our expense in the following 2 cases:

- Defective product.

- Product delivery error on our part.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, neglect, abuse, failure to follow washing and ironing instructions or damage resulting from exposure of the product to excessive temperature.
